The testing machine is composed of a host computer, a computer control system and an accompanying tool.

1 host section

The main machine adopts horizontal structure. The motor and the speed reducer are located in the right side of the main engine, which can complete the torsion test. The motor system driven by rotating the clamping chuck, sample loading. The size of the test speed can be controlled by the motor speed control system installed in the mainframe.

2 electrical parts

The electric part is composed of the speed control system and the display measurement system. The machine adopts the servo motor and the speed control system, and the speed of the motor is controlled by the speed control system. Load measurement system consists of a high precision torque sensor, measuring amplifier, A/D converter, regulated power supply and so on. The torsion angle measuring system is composed of a photoelectric encoder, a pulse width shaping circuit, a frequency multiplication circuit and a counting circuit. The controller is directly inserted into the slot of the computer. All the control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the screen in real time.
